PVC Pipe Wedding Arch Tutorial: Affordable Elegance

You are more than likely in awe of the simplicity and elegance of this PVC pipe wedding arch. We all tend to think of PVC pipe as cheap and ugly looking, but this has changed everybody’s minds. Its height and strength needs to be adjusted according to the weight of the decorations you plan on adding. If you are not planning on purchasing a pre-made PVC pipe arch, make sure you strap or tether the base to keep it stable. Indoor PVC arches can be embedded in earth-filled flower pots. Otherwise, they do come with a base. Just make sure it’s heavy enough.

Next, you’re ready to attach your favorite flowers and branches to the PVC. Start at one end of one of the PVC pieces, tape or tie the end of the first string of flowers onto the pipe, and then just start wrapping the floral bouquets around, bunching them together as you go. Now, work the adjacent PVC piece, starting at the end where they both meet.

Balance the look with a pop of color on the diagonally opposite corner.
