How To Pick The Perfect Bridal Bouquet For Your Figure

First, let’s cover how to choose a wedding bouquet that complements your height and body type. This is the first thing you need to pay attention to. Yes, even more than color, flower type or bouquet style.

A petite bride will look much better with a small and round flower bouquet like a posy o nosegay that a presentation bouquet. The flowers should not cover or overpower the bride.

Now, if you are petite and still dying to carry a cascade bridal bouquet, go for a smaller version of it, the teardrop bouquet. You can opt for short-stemmed flowers or cutting the stems shorter for the petite bridal floral design.

On the other hand, a tall bride can go for a more voluminous or longer bouquet that will still show off her figure without minimizing its own importance.

You will need a white base, blue and red nail polish, scotch tape or protective wax and some straws.

2Next, protect your fingers well – either with scotch tape as shown on the picture or with protective wax – there’s gonna be a LOT of splattering! The more surface you cover, the better off you will be.

3Suck some red nail polish through a straw and blow it all over your nails. Don’t suck too hard and make sure you cover the surface you will be working on.

4Repeat the process with the blue nail polish!

5Arm yourself with a Q-Tip and some nail polish remover and carefully clean up your fingers.

  1. Apply two coats of white nail polish and let them dry
  2. Outline a heart with black nail polish and a very thin brush
  3. If you need to fix some lines, grab a hold of the white nail polish and go back over the lines 😉
  4. Clean the thin brush and dip it into the blue nail polish to fill one of the quarters of the heart
  5. Now draw the stripes using the red nail polish
  6. Finally make small dots over the blue area to represent the stars
  7. Alternate nail polish colors for the rest of the fingernails between red and blue
  8. Apply some glitter textured nail polish and voila!
